The semi-automatic CNC angle punching line is based on J21-80 fixed table press. It is added with gas-controlled punching device, CNC stadia device, CNC side baffle device, and loading & unloading conveyors. It is mainly used to process angle size below 160mm width. It can save time of alignment one by one. It only needs to input the parameter of holes position (X & Y direction), punch die number and hole quantity to the computer, it will punch continuously. It is very easy to operate, and will improve efficiency with high hole quality.

② Key pneumatic and electric parts all imported.
③ All main cable, such as rotary encoder cable, PLC communication cable is shielding twisted-pair cable imported from Germany. Thus, it avoids accuracy error caused by signal interference.
④ Easy programming and can directly use the program data made by lofting software.
⑤ Computer with Chinese/English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of work piece.
⑥ Only need to input size of work piece, diameter of holes, stadia and quantity of work piece when edit program.
